Regular Visits
You should aim to arrive at the clinic 10 minutes prior to your allotted appointment time. This time is the time your treatment starts with the Doctor and we want you to benefit from it. We aim to run to time since we understand a patients time is precious.
We do understand that sometimes things will conspire against us and the Reception Team will always do there best to accommodate you on these odd occasions.
You should allow 30 minutes out of your day for your visit to the clinic.
